Denied insurance claims are, unfortunately, all too common. As if experiencing property damage isn’t stressful enough, receiving a claim denial only adds frustration and financial strain. At Hurry Claim Public Adjusters, we help policyholders navigate this difficult time and work to correct wrongful coverage decisions made by insurance carriers.

If your damages should be covered but aren’t, we can help.

Even after a claim has been denied, policyholders still have options. Our process begins with a thorough review of the denial letter and the carrier’s stated reasons for denying coverage. Based on the facts provided by the policyholder, we advocate on your behalf to challenge the denial.

We prepare a detailed estimate and valuation of the claim, then communicate directly with the insurance company to explore every opportunity for resolution—often avoiding the need for further dispute.

If the carrier maintains its denial, the insured has the option to pursue mediation through the State of Florida’s mediation program. Our office assists throughout this process by initiating the mediation request and notifying the appropriate parties. In many cases, claims are successfully resolved during mediation, frequently conducted via Zoom.

intervention. We work with a small network of experienced attorneys who specialize exclusively in first-party property insurance litigation. A list of our preferred attorneys is available to policyholders whenever litigation is considered.

While the litigation process can be lengthy, our office remains actively involved. Whether participating behind the scenes, attending depositions, or appearing in court as expert witnesses, we stand by our clients until the process concludes, and recovery is achieved.
